Jul. 6th, 2009 07:17 pmyou know, if your answerphone tells me from 6pm till 7.20pm that sadly, no one can take my call just now and would i please call back during opening hours, monday to saturday, 8am to 8pm, i won't feel as if you are taking me, or your customers in general, very serious...
idiots.
will have to drive there tomorrow, if they still won't answer the phone. (it's a pet shop, or I wouldn't bother, but they might have room for the hamsters...)
