Staying up till 3:30am to have a yuletide madness fic betaed is pretty crazy when people expect you to be up for breakfast at 10 at the latest. But it was fun! :D

There were two or three postcards I got before I left, but I can't remember all names now (sorry!), and I'm sure there will be more once I get back next year. Proper thank yous to follow in about a week.

I got a marvelous patchwork scarf from Anneliese yesterday, and a new Satnav (Again. Cause the last one was stolen, and all.), which I will definitely never ever leave in the car. Ever.

All presents are wrapped, hamsters are fed and watered, bags are packed, I did the dishes and everything. Should water the plants, and take out the trash, and then I'm off to visit various parts of the family and friends and all that. Let's hope the roads don't get too bad...

This morning in the bus to university, when we were standing at a traffic light, the guy in the truck of some gardening firm next to the bus flirted with me. Just looks and smiling, and me having to look away so I wouldn't grin too stupidly. One traffic light further, we did it again. Amazing, how easily my mood got better just by being smiled at and flirted with. Very cool. :D

I managed to do just about all of my christmas shopping in about two hours today. I love it when I go out with vague ideas, and find things that just fit for people. :)
Also, if you still want christmas cards, leave your adress here. Will make them tomorrow and send them out saturday, and hopefully, some of them will reach you before the new year. (I'm always late sending those thing off. Oops.)

And just now, I wrote 1,5k of finnished fic, and I don't think it's that bad, though it is a bit weird, and has waaay less dialogue than my stuff normally does. Yay for writing, anyway. :D

The Drabble Wichteln actually worked out, I just entered the last two Drabbles and didn't have to call for a single stand-in writer. Everything will go up tomorrow at 10. Yay! :)



How the hell did I stumble into Bandom? I mean, I know how - I started reading just AUs, then I started reading the other stuff as well. It's not the smallest fandom, so good fic isn't all that hard to find.
And two days ago, I started listening to the music and realized that they aren't half bad. At least Panic at the Disco and Fall Out Boy are rather good. My Chemical Romance was a bit too much with the screaming. But maybe I'll get used to that as well?
Oh dear.
This was a fandom I really, really did not want. I mean, come on, RPS? Argh!

I just found out yesterday that I am kind of supposed to write something like this, so here we go.

Thank you for writing a story for me, I'm sure I'll love it to bits.

I think my wishes were detailed enough, but let's see what else I can come up with that I like.

I like slash, femmeslash, het and gen, so go ahead and do anything that you like. I adore threesomes, especially m/m/f or m/f/f. Moresomes are okay as well, and I'll be comfortable with any rating. Please don't write rape, though. Dub-con is fine if it fits the characters. Other kinks are fine as well, though not that much the really squicky ones - don't write me watersports, scat or something along those lines, please...
But as I said, I love gen as well, and if the story you come up with is gen and G-rated, I'll be just as happy as I'll be with NC-17 smut.

Generally I'm really shipping-friendly, I also like AUs, crossovers and the lot, go ahead.
If you have gotten me because of one of the Pierce-Prompts, though, please stay a little closer to canon, pairing-wise as well. [good stories might convince me of Harry/Sirius, but I doubt I'll believe in Roger/Jonathan or something at any point... ] So, shipping is fine in Tortall and Emelan, as long as it seems in character enough. [I do love Briar/Tris, though. not sure where that one fits in with this.]

I'm not all that fond of yaoi-clichés like strong seme/uke relationships. I like the characters rather equal (not only in slash) and - in slash - am quite fine with them switching positions during sex. TMI?

Anyway, have fun writing, don't stress yourself, especially not if you also happen to participate in NaNoWriMo or many other holiday-related exchanges, and, erm - Merry Christmas?
