today, a guy from the vodafone callcenter called me to tell me how the cancellation of my contract isn't working the way I want it to work.
sucks a lot, but so far, so good.
about 15 minutes later, *another* lady from the very sae company calls me, to ask me what exactly i had discussedwith her colleague, because she was supposed to enter it into the database and she couldn't quite figure out what to enter exactly.
seriously? i mean, seriously? how unprofessional is that? if she can't figure it out, she should ask her colleague, and not *tell me* how very much their data managemant is a fucking mess.
cold still going strong, btw. thank you for your nice words a few days ago. :)
