Look what I did.

After several days of just lazing about and not doing much of anything, I got off my arse today and made stuff. :)

I bought all this, and then I made a fruit salad! Well, I cut half of it tonight, but the apples and babanas and pears have to wait till tomorrow morning. The roleplaying guys will love it. :)

Also, I made this. It's not done yet, I still need to sow the inner and outer coat together, and the hemming of coat and sleeves will be a bitch. I'll probably leave them till ellie172 can try it on herself. But still.

Notice the sewing dummy. :D My landlady lent it to me. Happily, at that, as she can't really see a lot any more, so she's happy for someone to use it. It's variable in size, which is just super useful. :D

This is where I sewed. Decided that the balcony made the most sense, as long as it is warm enought out there. And with all the windows closed up, it still heats up quite nicely.

And once it was dark, I painted the new hamster wheels I bought with toy/baby-varnish, so they will be at least somewhat cleanable.

Coole Näh-Puppe und toller roter Stoff. ♥

Hab in den letzten Tagen viel an meiner Restegarn-Tasche gehäkelt und wenn ich so weitermache, habe ich den Hauptteil heute Abend noch fertig und kann mit dem Trageriehmen anfangen. Ich sollte davon vielleicht auch mal ein Foto machen...

schneiderpuppe ftw! :) blöd nur, dass sie recht schmale schultern hat. aber egal.
hab gestern abend dann noch angefangen zu häkeln. dein weiß war so schnell alle egangen, und frau fleischers baumwollgarn war für 1-2er nadeln oder so.
hab gestern dann noch gelbes, hellgrünes und hellblaues garn gekauft und mach dann jetzt erstmal ein täschchen für den mp3-player. dann kannst du mir in runden häkeln und/oder stäbchen beibringen. das buch kann das auch alles, aber es ist halt kacke, wenns dann alles unschön aussieht...

btw, meine maschen sind so löcherig. nicht lose, aber eben auch nicht richtig alle fest zusammen. für z.b. so einen ball muss das ja fester sein. was kann man da machen? dünnere nadel?

Genrell gilt ja: kleine Nadel + dünnes Garn = kleinere Löcher. Aber umso kleiner alles, desto mehr Maschen musst du auch häkeln... Weiß ja nicht, wie die Bälle aussehne sollen, überlegst du wegen der Füllung? O.o

whell, the smaller one is actually for hamsters, the bigger one if for rats and things of that size. but since a) emo is pretty big, and b) the bigger the wheel, the better it generally is for their backs, and c) this online petstuff shop had a sale on them, i took one of the really big ones and a slightly smaller one. i think the big one is about 30cm in diameter...
