yeah - none of the friends he called on did appeare before in the new series, did they? (or in the old, actually? haven't watched old who, really...) that was a bit confusing.
she is imprisoned for having killed him when she was a child very probable. we'll see about that.
i hadn't read any synopsis for mastiff before now, but that sounds very cool. 3 year time gap - we'll see what happened. i'm curious if she goes the expected route of beka/rosto in the end, or has something else up her sleve entirely... I don't think he could be the fiancee, he's to loveable to just kill off like that...
