So I made a really yummy dinner just now, and thought I'd share.
I don't think sweet lunch or dinner is popular everywhere (my Welsh cousins had no idea why I was serving pudding for the main course when I made this for them last summer, and they have a German mum. *shrug*), but I really like them. I also really like all kinds of pasta bake, so this is a sweet version of that.
