painting is freaking exhausting.
my feet hurt, and my back hurts, and i just want to sleep now, not do it all over again tomorrow.
but we really got pretty far today, so we should be done at a more sensible hour tomorrow. working for 12 hours more-or-less straight is, well, somehing else.

and all that crap for a flat i moved *out* of. whoever decided that this 'renovation before moving out' was a good idea clearly was very stupid.

Yeah, that has always struck me as a very strange way of handling things in Germany. I'm very lucky that when I've lived there (here, actually! I am here!), I've either had furnished apartments or lived with a family, so I've never had to deal with that crap.

hab ich gelesen. lass es dir gut gehen in leipzig. war schon ein paarmal da, zur buchmesse, ist eine wirklich ganz nette stadt. :)

und ja, es ist einfach blödsinn. das streichen selbst geht ja noch, aber mit kreppband eine ganz wohnung abkleben ist verdammt langwierig. und farbe ist ja auch nicht billig.
hast du echt glück gehabt, dass dus noch nicht machen musstest.
